Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances can change.

1. Pre-Batch Refunds

You can request a full refund of your enrollment fee at least 7 days before the cohort start date. Processing fees may be deducted by the payment gateway.

2. Post-Start Policy

Once the program begins, refunds are generally not provided as seats are limited and allocated for the entire duration of the cohort. If you face an emergency, please contact our support team within the first 3 days for a case-by-case review.

3. Deferrals

If you are unable to attend the current batch due to unforeseen reasons, you may request to defer your enrollment to the next available batch at no extra cost, provided the request is made before the program starts.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days back to the original payment method.
